What is the 2022 Toyota Prius Nightshade edition?

For the first time ever, the 2022 Toyota Prius- a dedicated hybrid, will be joining the nightshade edition range including both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive (AWD-e) variants. It is the fifth trim level available for Toyota’s Prius, following the base L Eco, LE, LE AWD-e, XLE and XLE AWD-e trim levels. Features like rear seat reminder will be standard on all Prius models commencing 2022. When the engine is off and the transmission is in park, this important safety feature reminds the driver to check the backseats of the car before leaving.

2022 Toyota Prius Nightshade Edition Color Options

The 2022 Prius Nightshade special edition comes in three shades, including Midnight Black Metallic, Super White, and Silver Metallic. A shark fin antenna, mirror covers, and black headlamp highlights are all options available on the nightshade model. 2022 Toyota Prius comes standard with 17-inch five-spoke alloy wheels in black on the front-wheel drive model, and15-inch alloy wheels on the AWD-e variant. The nightshade theme is carried through with these black lug nuts on the alloy wheels.
