Meet Jon! Jon grew up in Clatsop County and enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding his off-road motorcycle. Jon is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand when needed. He has proven himself to be an asset to the Lum's Auto Center Team. Hire Date: 2/1/16

Buzz grew up in White Salmon, WA, and enjoys hunting, fishing, cycling, and spending time with his 17 grandchildren. He brings a wealth of life experience, a friendly personality, and is always willing to lend a hand. Buzz has been a wonderful addition to the Lum's Auto Center Team. Hire Date: 7/8/24

Meet Stephanie! Stephanie is a born and raised local girl. She has two children, a daughter and a son. She came to Lum's after 20 years in the banking industry. She loves spending time with friends and family, hunting, and going to Knappa High School sporting events. Stephanie enjoys being involved in her community and is on the board of the Knappa School Foundation, she just loves the way the community pulls together to support each other.

Meet Alex! Alex was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys traveling and experiencing new foods and cultures. In his spare time, he loves photography and taking pictures to capture the moment. Alex is always down for fun and is sure to keep you smiling during your visit to the dealership.

Meet Brad! Brad has been with Lum's for 14 years. He started as the Service Manager and was in that position for 5 years before taking a leap into sales. And we are so glad he did! Brad definitely found his niche in forming relationships with customers. If Brad isn't helping our customers, he is making his rounds in the dealership. This guy is always eager to make people laugh and smile. Outside of work, you can find Brad spending time with his wife and family, watching football (Go Hawks!), riding his jet ski, and wake surfing. Hire Date: 1/2/12

Meet Chris! Chris grew up in the heart of the Redwoods in Northern California. In his spare time, you can catch him fishing on the river, or up in the backcountry hiking or backpacking. Most of all, Chris enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible.

Meet Jody! He is a Northwest native. When he isn't helping customers find the car of their dreams, he enjoys traveling, hunting, and spending time with his Italian Greyhound Bailey. Hire Date: 4/6/19

Meet John (we affectionately refer to him as 'Koz')! Koz is from the East Coast and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. Koz comes from a Car business family and is an avid car enthusiast. He loves football (Go Giants), traveling, cooking, history, and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters (soon to be three!).

Meet Patty! Patty was born and raised in Clatsop County, where a love for the outdoors, hunting, and horseback riding shaped her early life. Fulfilling a childhood dream, she built and operated a successful horse boarding facility for 17 years, combining hard work with her passion for animals and community. Now in sales, Patty brings the same dedication, integrity, and people-first mindset to her work. She loves connecting with others, building relationships, and helping wherever she can. Meet Erik! He was born and raised in Seaside and has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years now. When he isn't helping his customers find their dream cars, he loves spending time with his dog, Bubba, traveling, and trying different food from around the world. Meet Jeffery! Jeffery is from California and enjoys hunting, fishing, and going antiquing. He also loves cooking for his family and sharing meals together. Meet Marla! She’s our Marketing Manager here at Lum’s Auto Center, where she brings creativity and energy to connecting with customers and the community. A proud Seaside High alum, she’s also the head coach for the Seaside High School girls basketball team—sharing her passion for teamwork and competition both on and off the court. She’s always up for an adventure—whether that’s traveling to Duck football games, chasing the sun, or just spending time with Misty and their pup, Piper. Around here, Marla brings the same energy and team spirit she coaches with, which makes her a perfect fit for our Lum’s family. Hire Date: 1/13/20

Meet our social media gal, Corrie! Corrie has been part of Team Lum's since 2022, bringing creativity, strategy, and fun to the marketing team. Born and raised in Gearhart, OR—and a proud Gearhart Elementary alum—Corrie graduated from the University of Oregon (go Ducks!) and is passionate about finding fresh ways to connect with both customers and the community. Additionally, Corrie was the very first Lum’s employee to receive her master’s degree through Strayer University’s Degrees@Work program, combining her deep passion for people with her drive to help others succeed. When she's not at Lum's, you can likely find her exploring the Oregon Coast, traveling with friends and family, or searching for the world's best bow-tie pasta. Hire Date: 9/12/22

Meet Tristyn McFadden If Lum’s Auto Center had an official hype squad, Tristyn McFadden would be the captain, coach, and entire cheer section rolled into one. Her actual title is Employee and Community Engagement Coordinator, but let’s be honest — she’s basically in charge of making sure nobody at Lum’s turns into a grumpy car salesperson meme. Tristyn is a proud graduate of Seaside High School, which means she’s got that unbeatable combo of small-town charm and knowing literally everyone in a 20-mile radius. When she’s not busy keeping our team and community connected, she enjoys camping with her family (which is code for fighting with tent poles and eating way too many s’mores), playing plant bingo (because apparently “regular bingo” wasn’t hardcore enough), and taking long walks on the beach like every dating profile ever written. In short: if you see something fun happening at Lum’s or in the community, odds are Tristyn had something to do with it. If you don’t see her around, check the beach — she’s probably still walking. Meet Mike! Mike is from San Jose, California, and enjoys playing golf, watching baseball, listening to music, and trying new foods. He also loves traveling, especially visiting Hawaii. Mike brings a friendly and positive energy to the workplace and is always willing to help out. He has quickly become a valued member of the Lum's Auto Center Team. Hire Date: 1/23/23

Meet Tracy—she’s one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. At Lums Auto Center, she keeps things moving behind the scenes in finance, always staying on top of the details and stepping up wherever she's needed. But her biggest job? Being a proud mom to her three amazing kids. Tracy pours her heart into everything she does, whether it's tackling a busy day at work or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games. Her dedication, reliability, and no-nonsense work ethic make her a true asset to the team—and someone everyone’s grateful to have in their corner. Hire Date: 9/23/21

Meet Nate! You will never see him slow down and he is always putting our customers first. Nate graduated from Astoria High School and loves spending time with his lovely wife and two kids. He is a huge sports fan and always cheering on the Seahawks! Hire Date: 10/28/11

Meet Christian! This guy is always happy, and it's contagious. When Christian isn't working, he is looking for a new adventure. He loves spending time with his kids. He is a graduate of Seaside High School and Clatsop Community College. Christian makes everyone smile and can help with anything you need. Stop in and make your next appointment with him. Meet Devin! Devin moved back to the area with his beautiful daughter Darian, who he loves spending time with and making her laugh. He enjoys living on the coast because the ocean calms him. His hobbies consist of anything outdoors: hiking, fishing, surfing, and working on his truck. Stop in for your next oil change and chat with this guy!

Meet Donnie! He is always here to bring smiles to anyone at Lum's! He is an amazing Master Technician and team player. Donnie loves spending time with his wife and two kids, when not turning a wrench here at the dealership. They travel to Disneyland and Disneyworld regularly. You have to ask Donnie about Goofy, apparently they are no longer pals! You can find Donnie elbow-deep in a Toyota or at the nearest coffee pot!

Meet Zack! This guy can be found turning a wrench on vehicles here at Lum's. As if Zack isn't busy enough, he also enjoys working on his farm with his wife and five kids. To keep his energy up, Zack loves any homemade food. This hardworking guy will get your vehicle fixed and ready to go in no time.

Meet Brian! He has been happily married to his best friend, Bridget, for over 35 years! They enjoy going on road trips and to swap meets to hunt for parts for his 'project car'. He also loves watching classic movies and automotive shows. Hire Date: 8/1/18

Meet Casey! He is definitely one that will keep you laughing. He recently welcomed a brand new baby too!

Meet Robert! Robert is an easy-going, hardworking guy who absolutely LOVES working on and fixing cars. He is working hard now to move up to a Master Technician one day. In his free time, he likes to go on hikes and walks.

Meet Tanner! Tanner is known around Lum's for his awesome beard! When he's not here working to make sure cars are in great working order, he likes to hang out with his friends and family. He also likes to get in time shooting guns out in the Mountains. Hire Date: 1/10/19

Meet Jack! He likes working on cars and enjoys fishing in his free time. He is helpful, easy to work with, and a solid part of the Lum's Auto Center Team. Hire Date: 5/9/24

As the shuttle driver at Lum’s Auto Center, Luke delivers top-notch service getting customers to their destinations safely. He takes pride in making every shuttle ride a great experience. Hire Date: 6/9/25

Meet Skylee! She grew up in Longview, Washington. Some of her favorite hobbies include ruling my peasants in Sims Medieval, staring at my plants to grow for hours, pyrography, and painting miniature WW2 28mm figures with my husband. She also has two beautiful fur babies, Nala who is a Husky Rottweiler and Freya, a long-haired ginger cat. Hire Date: 8/6/24

Meet Douglas! Douglas grew up on the Oregon Coast. He is married with four kids and loves to spend time at the beach with them and his dog. When he’s not at home with his family, he works hard scheduling appointments for the Service Department. His first vehicle was a 1998 Ford Ranger that he rebuilt with his father. Meet Melissa! Melissa grew up moving between several different states, which gave her a love for new experiences and meeting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, she can be found in the kitchen trying new recipes or making family classics. She also spends all her free time with her husband, kids, younger sister, and niece usually exploring a beach or trail. Hire Date: 9/21/21

Hi, I’m Daniel. When I’m not out on the golf course enjoying a weekend round, you’ll usually find me surrounded by guitars. Collecting and playing them is one of my biggest passions, and I’m always exploring new sounds and styles. Between the greens and the strings, I’ve built a life around the things I love the most. Meet Nick! Nick has been a part of the company for over 10 years, bringing knowledge, reliability, and a friendly approach to every interaction. He takes pride in helping both coworkers and customers find what they need. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, camping, and making the most of the outdoors. Meet Richie. Richie has been on Team Lum's for 30 years and we couldn't be more lucky to have him. He enjoys spending time with his sweet wife Imelda taking evening walks, fine dining on delicious spaghetti, and catching the latest Yankee game (shhh... Richie prefers to keep it on the down-low when they are losing). His dream vacation is to sip Ouzo on a Greek beach and take in the culture. Send us a postcard Richie we already miss you!

Mark is our janitor and unofficial office comedian. Armed with a mop, a love for corgis, and a stash of chocolate, he keeps the place spotless and the team laughing (sometimes too hard). Known for his quick wit and unapologetically inappropriate humor, Mark brings a whole lot of personality to the team-along with a strong belief that every workplace should have a corgi mascot. We haven't agreed to that yet...but we're close. Hire Date: 11/29/18

Meet our fabulous Office Manager, Marcie! She likes long walks in her pastures with her adorable chocolate lab, Lanie. YES, this lady has cows...many. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. Marcie graduated from Seaside High School and OSU. She loves to cook and bowl with her league! Big thanks to Marcie for helping all the staff over the years! We love you!

Amanda is happiest when she’s attending concerts, hiking with her German Shepherd, Hadlee Rae, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. She loves discovering new trails, small-town coffee shops, local breweries, and hidden gems while traveling. Known for her curiosity, loyalty, and love for her friends and children, Amanda treasures learning and the connections that make life meaningful. At work, Amanda brings that same spirit to her role as HR Manager with The Lum Family of Dealerships. Hire Date: 4/10/23

Meet Lori! Born and raised in Chinook, she recently decided to move back to the area. And lucky for us because Lori has been in the car industry for years. When Lori isn't busy at Lum's, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family and enjoying the PNW weather.

Autumn keeps things running smoothly around here (and occasionally brings the good snacks). When she's not working, you can find her wrangling her three dogs, soaking up the sun at the beach, or hanging out with her family-usually with a coffee in hand. She believes in working hard, laughing often, and that dogs should definitely be allowed in the office. Hire Date: 2/17/20

Jacquleen is the kind of person who always has three drinks on hand-coffee, water, and something fun-while getting things done. She takes pride in her work but also makes plenty of time for her dogs, love of drifting and Raiders football, and fixing up her log cabin. When she’s not deep in a project, you’ll probably find her hunting down the best Mexican food in town or planning her next getaway with a playlist that hits just right. Mr. Lum was born and raised in Astoria. He went to Astoria High School where he was a top athlete. Mr. Lum left Astoria for a few years to attend Linfield College, obtaining a teaching degree. 50 years ago he established Lum's Auto Center with a "people first" attitude, thankful for the opportunity to serve the Northwest community he calls home. Lum's Auto Center has become the leading car dealership on the Oregon Coast, offering customers efficient and friendly customer service and earning the coveted, Toyota Presidents Award multiple years. His goal is to ensure all guests are leaving our dealership completely satisfied with their visit. Mr. Lum was beyond honored when Lum's Auto Center was voted "Best in Town" Auto Dealership Sales and Service, by you, our community.

For over 20 years, Lori Lum has been a driving force behind Lum’s Auto Center, leading with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to both her team and the community. Although she did grow up in the dealership, her journey in the automotive industry began with Toyota Financial Services, giving her a strong foundation in customer-focused finance before she transitioned into leadership at Lum’s. Under her guidance, Lum’s Auto Group has grown into a dealership known for its exceptional service, strong community ties, and unwavering dedication to its customers. In recognition of her leadership and impact on the industry, Lori was honored as the 2025 TIME Dealer of the Year for the State of Oregon—a testament to her commitment to excellence and the people she serves. Outside the dealership, Lori loves exploring the Oregon coast with her husband and four children, whether it’s hiking scenic trails or digging for clams. A proud University of Oregon alum, you can always count on her to cheer loud and proud for the Ducks! Let me introduce you to Julie! She brings energy to our team every day and we love her for it. She graduated from Astoria High School and OSU (GO BEAVERS). When not at work, she is spending time with her two kids on their mini farm. Yes, she is proud of her fresh chicken eggs and garden. Julie enjoys shooting hoops with her son and camping in the Summer. On her Bucket List: Have a second home in Maui and travel anywhere there is sun.

After a nearly 20-year banking career in Portland, Pam was thrilled to return to the beach to work in the family business, spend time with her nieces and nephews, and renew long-time friendships! She loves Lum's commitment to community, and its focus on children, education, health, and wellness. She has now moved to McMinnville to head up the newest Lum's Dealership. When she's not volunteering in the community, she is enjoying the beach and pursuing another hole-in-one.
