We can assist in potential current loan payment deferrals by contacting your lender and supporting you through the process.

I need a vehicle but would prefer to have lower payments, what options do I have?
We have a variety of new and used car inventory which will include a variety of money saving offers* including:

  • No payment for 90 days when purchasing a new or used vehicle
  • Toyota, Ram, Jeep and more are offering purchase incentives
  • 0% Interest rates for up to 84 months

I would prefer not to leave my home at this time but need to service my vehicle, can you help?
Yes! We are offering complimentary pick up and delivery of your vehicle for every service appointment. We will pick up your vehicle from your home and sanitize the vehicle before and after the service is performed, then return it back to you.

I have a service appointment but my schedule restricts me from dropping my vehicle off at appointment time, do you have an alternative?
Yes! We have a drop box to accommodate every schedule. Simply drop your key in our key drop and give us a call at 503-861-1144 letting us know. We will call when your vehicle is ready and we can arrange for pickup.

Can you assist in shuttle services during my appointment?
Yes! Our complimentary shuttle service is provided by Lum’s employees who ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and will gladly you assist you in any needs during your service appointment, just ask!

I want to test drive or buy a vehicle; can you deliver it to me?
Yes! If you are shopping online, let us help make the experience a breeze by delivering the vehicle and paperwork to the comfort of your home.
