This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I got what I wanted at a fair price and the process went well. I don't have anything to compare this to, but I'm a happy customer and I will stick with Lum's.

My wife and I drove an hour and half to the McMinnville Toyota dealership only to arrive to be told the vehicle we were interested in was already sold. I asked why he didn't call and let us know. We recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Alex Reed a couple days ago. We live in Vancouver and spent the entire day at another dealership in Vancouver that was about 3 minutes away from our home. Jon Fick was an excellent salesman to deal with and helped our entire process run extremely seamless and efficient. Lori Lum & her family are absolutely wonderful and run a great dealership in Warrenton.
