We want you to know that at Lum’s Auto Center, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees is our number one priority. In conjunction with the Oregon Health Authority,
we have implemented a variety of precautionary measures to ensure adequate cleanliness and safety throughout our dealership.
Our dealership and service waiting area are open.
We ask that all customers wear face coverings when entering our dealership. Masks available upon request.
Each department in our dealership are taking the recommended precautions to ensure safety for all.
We ask that our customers help minimize the spread by wearing a mask and maintain six feet of social distancing.
Sales & Finance Department
·Solo test drives or both employee and customer in masks
·Offering delivery of requested test drive or purchased vehicles
·Implemented an online purchasing tool, which allows customers to minimize time in dealership
·Rearranged work stations to meet the minimum 6 feet for adequate social distancing
Service & Parts
·Required use of protective latex gloves when sanitizing, entering and servicing customers vehicle
·Sanitize vehicle touch points including but not limited to door handles, steering wheels, gear shifter, cup holders, seat buckles, radio and climate control, arm rests, wiper controls, seat adjustment controls and window controls, when vehicle is brought in and returned to customer
·Apply steering wheel cover, seat cover and floor mats prior to technician entering vehicle
·Increased use of our no touch key drop, allowing customers freedom to drop off and pick up when convenient
·Shuttle service available at no additional charge
Facility Cleaning
·With the use of our safety committee, we implement and enforce enhanced facility cleaning including but not limited to, common areas furniture, desks, tables, chairs, high traffic touch points, door handles, light switches, faucets, etc with CDC approved cleaning products
·Installed hand sanitation stations throughout the dealership
·Disinfect desks and work stations after each customer interaction at said work station

·Displayed visuals to recommended six feet social distancing minimum
·Displayed posters promoting hand washing and personal hygiene
·Eliminated shared workstations throughout dealership
·Masks available upon request for customers and employees
·Applied plexi shields to minimize exposure when in close contact
